You can change the email address or password associated with your Clui account at any time.
Follow these steps:
- Ensure that you are logged into your Clui account.
- Click My Profile in the header menu.
- In the My Info section, hover over your email address or password and click the pen icon that appears.
- Update your email address or password as required and click Save.
Note: To change your password, you are required to firstly provide your current password. If you cannot remember your password, log out and follow the steps to Reset your password.
- If you changed your email address, check your new email account for an email with the subject 'Verify your new email address' and click the Confirm button to complete the process.
The email address or password are updated.
