The People page of Clui consists of two tabs:
- USERS: Lists the users who have signed up for or been invited to your enterprise.
- GROUPS: Lists the groups you have created in your enterprise.
Each of these tabs enable you to perform actions or manage settings related to users or groups within your enterprise.
You can search the list of users by email address or name.
Multiple words can be added to a search to narrow down the results. For example, you could type david and @company.com.au as separate search terms to find anyone named David with an @company.com.au email address.
This could return 'firstname.lastname@example.org' or 'email@example.com' and so on.
Remember to remove your search terms when they're no longer needed.
Filters and Tags
Each user has a coloured circle next to their name and email address. The coloured circle corresponds to the overall status of their courses.
- Green - the user has passed all of their courses
- Yellow - they've started by not finished
- Red - they're yet to start any of their courses
- Gray - the user hasn't logged in yet
Clicking on a status filter will show only the users who match that status. The filter buttons also show the total number of users who match each status.
Some courses assign Tags to users. The tag filters can be toggled to only show users who have the selected tags.
Clicking Invite Users will open a window where you can enter or upload email addresses and select courses to assign to each email address.
If the user is already in the system they'll become enrolled in the course. If not, an invitation email will be sent out with a link to set up their account.
Any newly invited users will be added to the user list.
