If you're unable to complete a purchase on Clui, check the following:
- The card details you entered are correct.
- Sufficient funds are available on the card.
- The purchase amount does not exceed the daily limit of your card.
- The website, stripe.com (which is used to process payments on Clui), is not blocked on your network. Contact your IT department for more information.
