If you're unable to complete a purchase on Clui, check the following:
- The payment details you entered are correct.
- The payment card has sufficient funds available.
- The purchase amount does not exceed the daily limit of your payment card.
- The website, stripe.com, (which is used to process payments on Clui) is not blocked on your network. Contact your IT department for more information.
