If you've been invited to Clui or you've signed up for an account but haven't received your invitation or verification email, we recommend that you check your email's Junk, Trash or Promotion folder and mark emails from Clui as trusted to avoid missing emails from us in future.
If, after checking these folders, you still can't locate any emails from Clui:
- Contact your organisation's IT team to ensure their spam settings are not preventing Clui emails from being received and ask them to allow emails from clui.com and sendgrid.com.
- Ask your Clui administrator to check your email address as it may have been entered incorrectly and need changing.
If all else fails, try signing up for Clui again.
