To purchase a course, follow these steps:
- Find and select the course you want to purchase on the ALL COURSES tab of the Courses page (you can find a course by scrolling through the available courses or by using the search bar).
- Click Purchase and follow the instructions in the purchase form. If you're not already signed in, you'll see a button labeled Sign Up.

Purchasing a course for other learners
You can purchase a course for multiple learners by entering their names and email addresses when making the purchase:
- Click the Purchase for others option on the PURCHASE DETAILS tab of the purchase form.
- Provide the email address, first name and last name, then click Add user for each learner or click Import from .CSV file if you want to upload a spreadsheet containing the required information (to download a template, click here).
- Click Continue to payment, provide your payment details and click Submit order.
When importing email addresses from a file, remember:
- The file needs to be an Excel file.
- The first column in the Excel sheet must only contain email addresses.
- The second and third columns can contain first names and last names, respectively.
An invitation link to the course is sent to each email address that you include in the purchase.
Purchasing a course with a purchase order
If the author of the course allows purchase orders, a purchase order option is available on the purchase form.
To use a purchase order:
- When you reach the PAYMENT tab of the purchase form, click the Pay with a purchase order option.
- Enter the name of your organisation and the order number.
- Wait for an administrator to approve or decline the purchase order.
Purchasing course coupons for a course
When enabled by the author of a course, course coupons allow you to purchase course enrolments without having to enter learner details upfront.
To purchase course coupons:
- Click the Purchase course coupons option on the PURCHASE DETAILS tab of the purchase form.
- Indicate the number of coupons you want to purchase (this is equivalent to the number of enrolments) and click Continue to payment.
- Provide your payment details and click Submit order.
After purchasing course coupons, they appear on the COURSE COUPONS tab of your profile (My Profile).
Using course coupons
To redeem course coupons for an enrolment:
- Navigate to the course you purchased the course coupons for, follow the standard steps to purchase the course and select the Purchase for yourself or Purchase for others option, then click Continue to payment.
- On the PAYMENT tab, select Pay with course coupons.
- Provide the necessary details and click Submit order.
The course coupons are redeemed.
