Billing security policies
For your account’s security, our policies around billing information are strict. Only those with an Enterprise Access Level of 'Administrator' can view and make changes to your account information.
To maintain PCI compliance, we cannot learn or save your credit card details. This also means we cannot take that information from you by email or over the phone.
If you have an Enterprise Access Level of 'Administrator', you can access your account’s billing profile and make updates in your enterprise settings. For more information, see 'Updating your credit card details'.
Note: If you can't access your enterprise settings or aren’t sure who has administrator access, let us know.
Accepted payment terms
You can pay for your account with automatic credit card payment, either monthly or annually using all major credit cards.
