For your account’s security, our policies around billing information are strict. Only those with an Enterprise Access Level of 'Administrator' can view and make changes to your account information.
To maintain PCI compliance, we cannot learn or save your credit card details. This also means we cannot take that information from you by email or over the phone.
If you have an Enterprise Access Level of 'Administrator', you can access your account’s billing profile and make updates from the Billing Info section of your Enterprise Settings.
To access this page, click the arrow next to your account name (in the top-right corner of Clui), click Enterprise settings, then click the BILLING INFO tab. For more information, see 'Updating your credit card details'.
Note: If you’re unable to access this page or aren’t sure who has administrator access for your enterprise, let us know.
