Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can see your renewal date in your Enterprise settings.
Changing your plan
If it’s time to upgrade (or downgrade), your account's administrator can make the change via the Billing Info section of your Enterprise settings.
- Click the arrow next to your account name (in the top-right corner of Clui), then click Enterprise settings.
- Click the BILLING INFO tab.
- In the Your Plan section, click the Change your plan button.
- Select your preferred plan, then confirm your selection by clicking Yes, begin plan.
Your new plan will commence from your next invoice.

Cancelling your plan
If you don’t want to renew your subscription (😢), you can cancel your plan at any time from the Billing Info section of your Enterprise settings.
In the Your Plan section, click Change your plan, then click Cancel plan (below the available plans).
Your plan will finish at the end of your next billing cycle. After your plan is cancelled, we will retain your information for up to 60 days.
