If your Clui enterprise account has been cancelled, it may be due to your subscription fees being unpaid.
If you miss a payment, we will send you an email to let you know. Usually this is due to a problem with the credit card (i.e. your credit card’s details need to be updated) and can be rectified easily.
If the issue isn’t rectified (and our automated billing system continues to fail to process the card), the administrator of the account will receive a warning email explaining that your account will be shut down if the outstanding payments aren’t made by a certain date.
If the payment hasn’t gone through successfully by that date, your account will be cancelled.
Reactivating a cancelled Clui enterprise account
If your account is cancelled and you would like to reactivate it, log in and update your payment details. We’ll try the new card immediately, and if it goes through successfully, your account will reactivate straight away.
If you need help reactivating your account, we’re here for you! Just let us know.
For information about changing the payment card details for your account, see 'Updating your credit card details'.
