If you have an Enterprise Access Level of 'Administrator', you can perform the following actions on the Courses page in your enterprise:
Note: To access the Courses page, click Courses in the header menu.
- Create a course: Click the Create Course button on the ALL COURSES and ARCHIVED tabs.
- Edit a course: Hover over a course and click the pen (edit) icon that appears to make changes to the course.
- View course insight: Hover over a course and click the Course Insight icon that appears to see data for the course.
- Assign a course: Hover over a course and click the menu icon that appears then select Assign course from the list. From this list, you can also upload a new thumbnail image, edit the course, or access the Course Insight page.
- Re-order courses: Hover over a course on the ALL COURSES tab and click the Re-order icon that appears in the top-left corner of the course. Using the hand cursor, drag and drop the course into a new position.
