Clui only allows one account per email address. If you're unable to sign up for Clui because your email address already exists in our database, check whether someone in your enterprise has already set up an account using your email address.
If you're having trouble with an existing account, use the Log In option to access the Forgot your Password? link so that you can reset your password.
Note: Clui accounts can only be connected to one email address. If several people need to complete a course, each of them will require a unique account.
