If you allow your customers to make purchases using purchase orders, you may want to provide them with instructions to further facilitate the transaction.
Purchase order instructions are set on a course-by-course basis.
Firstly, ensure that you follow the steps to make your course available for purchase. For more information, see 'Selling courses on Clui'.
Follow these steps from the SETTINGS tab when creating or editing a course:
- Scroll down to the Sales section and ensure you have set a price for the course and the percentage of tax (if required).
- Turn the Purchase Orders toggle on to allow customers to use purchase orders.
- In the Purchase order instructions text box that appears, provide instructions for your customer to follow when using a purchase order.
- Ensure you're satisfied with the settings for the course, then click Save Changes.
Your purchase order instructions may include an email address for customers to send their purchase order to, a time limit, and so on.
