Sometimes, it may be necessary to attach a cost to a course but only partway through the course.
For example, it may be free to enrol in a course and complete one or more modules, but continuing past a certain point or participating in a face-to-face event may incur an additional cost.
Rather than attaching a cost to an entire course, you can include a Payment module at any point within the course.
Follow these steps:
- Complete the usual steps to create a course.
- Click Add Module and select the Payment module type.
- Give the module a name, add a price in Australian dollars and optionally indicate the percentage of tax.
- Click Save.
The Payment module is added to the course.
