Clui offers a range of support resources for administrators and learners. You can make these resources available to your learners by turning the Support Access toggle on in your enterprise settings on the SETTINGS tab.
If a learner is unable to find the information they need, they can contact support by clicking the Contact Support link at the bottom of the page.
As most learner enquiries are related to course content or require administrative actions that Clui support are unable to perform, we encourage all of our enterprises to provide their own support email address for learners.
Setting up a support email address for your learners
The support email address for learners can be changed in your enterprise settings on the ENTERPRISE DETAILS tab where you see the field Support email address.
To access your enterprise settings, click the arrow next to your account name in the top-right corner of Clui and select Enterprise settings.
Note: We welcome administrators to contact us via the Clui support email address (email@example.com) at any time with account and platform enquiries or to escalate learner enquiries.
